How much does it cost?

AUD$1 per minute.

How are sessions billed?

You pay for exactly what you use, so all sessions are billed by the minute. For on-demand sessions, that is the number of minutes that both you and the tutor are in the Zoom meeting.

For pre-booked sessions, both tutor and student are expected to be punctual. If the student is late, the session will still be billed starting from the scheduled time.

In the rare case that the tutor is late, the session will only be billed from the time the tutor joins the meeting, and the student will receive extra credit to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Do you offer group classes?

We currently do not offer group classes, but if you are interested in having a group class please let us know and we will do our best to arrange one for you.

What if the internet connection is bad?

Tutors and students are expected to have reliable internet connection at all times, but we understand that sometimes unforeseen problems may arise. If a session has to be ended prematurely due to poor internet connection, we will do whatever we can to diagnose and fix the problem. You will only be billed for the part of the session that was unaffected.

What if I don’t want sessions to be recorded?

If you prefer, you may request the tutor not to record the sessions. We record our sessions by default, as it is a useful revision tool for students as well as giving parents the chance to see the session. The recordings will not be used for any other purpose without your written permission.

What if my credit runs out during a session?

If your credit runs out during a session, your balance will drop below zero but your session will not be cut short. Bookings and on-demand class requests will only be accepted if your balance is positive, so you must top up your credit before booking or starting any new sessions.
